Dispatch doesn't stop at 5 p.m. Emergency calls, late loads and driver issues land overnight and on weekends, exactly when a US dispatcher costs overtime or simply isn't there. The Philippines is 12–16 hours ahead of the US, so a Filipino dispatcher covering your night is working their own morning or evening. Talentige has placed 500+ people there.

Local rules and holidays to know

Night work. The Philippine Labor Code (Art. 86) gives employees a night-shift differential of at least 10% for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Talentige hires are full-time contractors under a government-stamped, locally compliant contract, and we agree shift times and pay upfront. Overnight-US hires usually work Manila daytime, outside that window.

Year-end pay. 13th-month pay (Presidential Decree No. 851) is an employee entitlement; agree any year-end bonus with your hire upfront. This isn't legal advice.

Your dispatcher follows your holiday calendar apart from one or two local holidays you agree upfront. The Philippines' 2026 regular holidays (Proclamation No. 1006) are:

English is a strength: the Philippines ranks #28 of 123 in the EF English Proficiency Index 2025 (score 569, against a 488 global average).
