There are two options. One-time placement is a one-time fee based on the hire's annual salary, paid only when you hire. Month-to-Month starts from $2,000 a month, all-inclusive, with no placement or setup fees.
How is the One-time placement fee calculated?
It's based on the annual salary of the person you hire. We quote the exact fee on your free call, before you commit to anything.
What does 'all-inclusive' mean for Month-to-Month?
One monthly price, from $2,000, with no placement or setup fees, and you can cancel anytime. We handle international payroll and contracts, onboarding and HR administration, and ongoing performance support.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. Neither option has upfront recruitment fees. With One-time placement, you pay only when you hire.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
One-time placement includes a 90-day free replacement. Month-to-Month includes free replacement throughout.
Which option should I choose?
Choose One-time placement if you're building your own team and want to employ the person yourself. Choose Month-to-Month if you want to grow your team without dealing with international payroll or paperwork.
